A Soul-Centered Approach
My work is rooted in soul-centered astrology—an approach that honors the authentic inner being and sees each chart as a sacred map of the soul’s intention. I draw from a wide array of tools: modern psychological astrology, metaphysical and evolutionary frameworks, addiction recovery models, transpersonal group work, and archetypal and Jungian psychology. My studies in Stoic and Platonic philosophy, along with aesthetic and esoteric traditions, weave through every consultation.
I see astrology as a way to illuminate the often unseen forces that shape our lives. Our early environment profoundly impacts our psychological framework—but we are not bound by our past. The natal chart offers a way to recognize inherited patterns, family wounds, and unconscious beliefs, while also revealing the innate strengths that support healing and transformation.

In my work, I often draw on a model called Psychological Juggling, developed by Chris Kilbourne and Marston James, which frames the psyche as a dynamic interplay of four essential forces. Combined with astrology, it becomes a profound method for understanding inner conflict, self-regulation, and soulful individuation.

​A Life Committed to Transformation
I haven’t just studied transformation—I’ve lived it. For over 20 years, I’ve walked the path of deep inner work, healing trauma, and reclaiming my voice. That journey has taken me through grief and renewal, breakdown and breakthrough. It’s given me a profound respect for the courage it takes to face oneself honestly—and a deep faith in what’s possible when we do.
This lived experience fuels my practice. I don’t offer spiritual bypass or empty affirmation. I offer grounded insight, compassionate truth-telling, and a steady presence for your unfolding.

Professionally, I’ve studied with some of the most respected astrologers and institutions in the field, including Melanie Reinhart, Alan Oken, Mark Jones, Carole Taylor, and Kim Farley. I’ve trained with the Faculty of Astrological Studies UK and the School of Traditional Astrology (STA), integrating both classical techniques and modern depth psychology into my practice.
